GAS-1(E) Global Low Volume Air Sampler (110V (E)220V) - The Model GAS-1(E) Global Air Sampling System is a microprocessor controlled low-volume air sampler consisting of an oil-less, carbon vane vacuum pump, with a constant airflow regulator for use where a nearly constant airflow is desirable. The regulator holds a constant pressure drop across an inline venturi by varying the flow through a bypass valve into the pump. This system allows the pump to work at a minimum head drop at all times permitting it to run cooler, thus extending its service life. The oil-less pump requires no lubrication to maintain optimal efficiency during its service life. The pump is mounted on a base with four rubber feet. A handle is provided on the chassis to facilitate transportation.
The GAS-1 has a bright VFD that has four (4) lines by 24 characters and utilizes wide temperature range electronic components for use in extreme ambient conditions.

- The Model GAS-22(E) Global Air Sampling System is a microprocessor controlled low-volume air sampler consisting of an oil-less, carbon vane vacuum pump, with a constant airflow regulator for use where a nearly constant airflow is desirable. The regulator holds a constant pressure drop across an in-line venturi, by varying the flow through a bypass valve into the pump. This system allows the pump to work at a minimum head drop at all times, permitting it to run cooler, thus extending its service life. The oil-less pump requires no lubrication to maintain optimal efficiency during its service life. The pump is mounted on a removable base plate, which can be secured within the GFCI protected aluminum environmental Weatherhouse, model WH-3 having an enclosure rating of IPX3.

- The Model GAS-28B(E) Global Air Sampling System is a microprocessor controlled low volume air sampler consisting of an ¼ H.P. oil-less carbon vane vacuum pump with a constant air flow regulator for use where a nearly constant air flow is desirable. The regulator holds a constant pressure drop across an in-line venturi by varying the flow through a bypass valve into the pump. This system allows the pump to work at a minimum head drop at all times permitting it to run cooler, thus extending its service life. The oil-less pump requires no lubrication to maintain optimal efficiency during its service life. The pump is mounted on a base plate within a weather resistant aluminum environmental enclosure having four rubber feet. Handles are provided on the enclosure to facilitate transportation. The enclosure rating is IPX3.

GAS-75L-BL-AC Global Low Volume Air Sampler
- F&J Model GAS-75L-BL-AC is a lightweight, AC/DC powered air sampling system operable from (1) line power or (2) a 24 VDC external power source.
Model GAS-75L-BL-AC air moving mechanism consists of a heavy duty brushless motor and a dual diaphragm pump. The air sampler electronics includes automatic air flow control and sophisticated software to perform multiple on-board calculations and an optional isokinetic sampling feature. The sophisticated instrument software permits many operator selectable engineering unit options for measured and calculated parameters, including the selection of a reference temperature and pressure standard for the reporting of flow and volume values. Alarm values for temperature, pressure and flow rate are operator selectable.

GAS-100-XX/100E-XX Portable Inline Flow Monitor For Air Samplers (110V (E)220V)
-The GAS-100-XX/100E-XX Series portable flow computer systems are designed to upgrade existing air sampling systems. The GAS-100-XX/100E-XX are connected in line between the pump inlet and the filter holder. This link shows a sample configuration of a GAS-100 series connected to a GAS-75L-BL-AC. The GAS-100-XX/100E-XX upgrade eliminates the need to engage in expensive conversions of equipment or the need to purchase new air sampling systems. The GAS-100 flow computer can also be utilized to measure the flow rate of ducts which already have installed differential pressure air flow monitoring sensors.
